3. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and providing accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders where product information was incorrectly listed due to technical error — affected customers receive a full refund.

5. Payment & Orders

We accept Paystack (M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, Airtel Money), PayPal (USD), and Pesapal. Your order is only confirmed and placed after successful payment. Unpaid orders are not processed or dispatched. We do not store your card details.

By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method and that payment information is accurate.
6. Delivery

Delivery fees are calculated per order. Estimated times are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Accurate address information is the customer's responsibility.
